This place has a nice building and the rooms are in good condition. They offer wonderful facilities for guests to enjoy. 🌟.

had good stay in september for unc football, the staff were efficient, location was particularly good in 4 airports. location: the hotel was next to excellent restaurants, and stores. visited time out sports bar for a few drinks, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property, recommend.

I have traveled to many places, stayed in many motels due to my husband serving this country for 28 years & in all the times we have been transferred, this hotel is the most disgusting, filthy unkept hotel I ever checked into & then checked out ASAP. I will never, ever stay at any Quality Inn ever again! The place is so vile!!

The rooms here are exceptionally comfortable and incredible for the condition of the place; the location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the bus station.

All I really needed was a clean place to shower and sleep for a couple of nights. This stay provided exactly what I needed...very quiet, clean, adequate, and affordable. Close to and easily accessible to/from UNC.

There seem to be lots of parking spaces, but it was hard for me to find a space very close to my room.

The location is great, just a short walk to downtown and a shopping plaza, and the room was well-organized and clean.

The staff was amazing! Extremely helpful and friendly! The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! My 10 year old son and I stayed during his time at UNC's baseball camp....convient to several eateries and grocery stores..The breakfast in the mornings was awesome!!!!!

I didn't like the fact that we booked through Booked.net because instead of a non smoking room with 2 double beds we could only get a king bed in a smoking room! Booked.net sucks!!!!

The rooms at Hampton Inn Chapel Hill were so cozy and inviting with all the essential amenities like a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and comfy bedding. As a guest who loves to relax in comfort, I felt right at home.

I wish there were more electrical outlets for charging devices, but that's just my personal preference.

Terrible location if you have to turn around and head to UNC campus. There was a large group of electricians present when I visited, and many were smoking on walkway right outside my room. One of two desk staff was noticeably irritated with new person she was training. Rooms were comfortable but noise leaked through from loud contractors next door. Had to replace broken shower control.

Staff was very helpful. Gave us a quiet room close to our friends.
